“Leads” means information concerning a Customer and their quotation request that may be purchased by a Registered Trader;

“Registered Traders” means companies, partnerships, and sole traders who have registered with the website;

“Website Material” means our website and all data, content, and materials stored, hosted, or displayed on our website;

“Your Content” refers to all material (including text, graphics, images, audio material, video material, and audio-visual material) that you submit to our website for whatever purpose.

Customers

Customers may submit a quotation request to the website by completing and submitting our ” quote” form.

The information from a quotation request provided via the form may be published to Registered Traders via our website; however, fields requesting personal information (such as names, addresses, and contact details) will not be published on the website in this way. Customers must ensure that no personal information is included in any field of a quotation request that does not solicit personal information.

By submitting a request, Customers agree that we may pass their personal details and quotation requests to:

Registered Traders;

Other relevant service providers not registered with our website; and

Third-party Lead brokers who may pass those details to relevant service providers.

We will attempt to obtain no more than 3 quotations for the Customer but cannot guarantee that any quotations will be received.

We and third parties may contact Customers (by telephone, email, or SMS) to provide information about the processing of their requests and provide quotations.

We may also contact Customers to obtain feedback following the referral of a Lead via the website.
